When an answer doesn’t give you what you need — it pauses, says part of your question is “not established”, or answers something slightly different from what you asked — there is almost always a one-line fix. Find what you’re seeing below.
It paused and asked to keep going
The question reached its time limit. Reply “keep going”, or raise the limit under the brain button — see Analyst agent.
It says “Not established”
Your data couldn’t answer that part, and the answer says why and what would. Reply “yes” to have it try, or supply the missing piece yourself.
It read your question differently
Correct it in one line and ask again — for example, “by visits I mean sessions, not page views.” See Correcting Crunch.
It says “Check before relying on this”
A value didn’t hold up when it was checked. Treat it as a lead to look into, not a result.
The conversation grew too long
Type this and ask again:
/compact
From then on Crunch reads a summary of the earlier turns, so there’s room to carry on. See Long conversations.
Your new upload isn’t in the answer
A conversation keeps the data it started with, so a file you uploaded after it began isn’t part of it. Ask in a new conversation.
