Every question you ask Crunch uses some of your plan’s monthly included usage. Usage shows how much you’ve used this month and where it went, so you can tell whether you’re on track or likely to need credits before the month resets.
Your usage is yours
Usage is measured per person, against your own plan. A colleague’s use never counts against yours, so a busy teammate can’t use up your month.
What it shows
- Plan allowance — how much of this month’s included usage you’ve used, and when it resets.
- Credits — how many you’ve spent and how many are left. Credits pay for usage beyond what your plan includes.
- By agent — turns and credits for each kind of work: analysis, planning, reports, and the data console. A turn is one question and its answer.
- By model — turns and credits for each model, the AI behind Crunch’s answers.
Good to know
Bigger models and higher effort use more per question. If your allowance is going faster than you expected, By model shows whether a bigger model is the reason. See Choosing a model for how to pick.
