Crunch has two parts. Crunch itself is the chat, where you ask questions about your data. The hub, at hub.bumbleb.co, is where the account is run: the plan you’re on, what you’ve paid, who’s on your team, and the connectors that bring your data in. Crunch opens from the hub.
If you’re setting things up for the first time, or someone handed you the account, this page tells you what each part of the hub is for.
Who uses the hub
Everyone on your account can open the hub. Members see the Dashboard, their Profile and their own Usage — the number they are measured against. Owners, and admins by default, also see the pages that run the account: billing, the team, connectors and domains.
You see only the pages your role allows, so if a page below is missing from your sidebar, that’s why. See Roles.

Where to start
If you’ve just signed up, these pages are worth a look first:
- Connectors and Domains — Crunch can only answer questions about data it receives. See Connectors in the hub and Verify your domain.
- Users — on a Team plan, invite the people who’ll ask questions. See Invite teammates.
- Usage and Credits — keep an eye on how much you’re using. See Your usage and Credits.
