What you’ll need
Because this page shows individual figures by name, only owners and people given View Team Usage can see it. See Roles.
Step by step
- In the hub, open Team Usage. It starts on this month.
- To look at another period, pick From and To dates.
- Click Apply.
What it shows
For every member:
- their role;
- the models they used — the AI models behind Crunch’s answers;
- their activity;
- tokens — the units models measure text in;
- requests;
- credits spent.
An organization total sits alongside, so you can see each person against the whole.
Good to know
Each teammate has their own included usage. On a Team plan, once a teammate’s own included usage runs out, their use draws on the account’s credits. One heavy user can spend the shared credits even while everyone else is well within their own allowance.
