Signing up takes a few minutes: pick a plan, confirm your email, tell us a little about yourself, and you’re asking Crunch your first question. If you’re not sure which plan fits yet, the Free plan needs no card, so you can start there and change later.
What you’ll need
- An email address you can open right away (or a Google account).
- Your country — it decides the currency you’re billed in.
- For a paid plan: a card, your billing contact and address, and, for Team, how many people will use it.
Step by step
Pick a plan. Go to hub.bumbleb.co/signup. You’ll see three kinds of plan:
- Starter plans are one seat each — a seat is one person on the plan.
- Team plans are priced per seat, from two seats.
- Business is custom — click Request a demo.
The USD / INR toggle only changes the prices shown, not what you’ll be billed in. Plan details are on pricing.
Confirm your email. Enter your email and click Send Magic Link — a one-click sign-in link sent to your inbox, valid for 24 hours. Or continue with Google instead.
Tell us about you. Enter your name, an optional organization name, and your country. Your country sets the currency you’re billed in: India is billed in rupees; everywhere else in US dollars.
Start your plan.
- Free plan: confirm your details and click Start Free. No card needed.
- Paid plan: enter your billing contact and address (and, for Team, the number of seats), then pay with Razorpay, the payment provider Crunch uses.
Open Crunch. Click Open Crunch and ask your first question.
Trying Crunch first
There’s no trial on paid plans: a paid plan is charged when you start it. To try Crunch first, start on the Free plan — it comes with a limited amount of use every month, and you can move to a paid plan whenever you’re ready.
How to tell it worked
Once you click Open Crunch, you’re ready to ask your first question. Every new account also gets a one-time starter credit — see Credits for what credits are.
Good to know
- The currency toggle is just for browsing. What you’re billed in comes from the country you enter in step 3.
- On a Team plan, the seat picker stops at 3 until we approve your business details — see Seats.
