Your account

Your profile

Your account, your organization and what your role lets you do, at a glance.

Profile is where you check who Crunch thinks you are and what you’re allowed to do. It’s the first place to look when something you expect isn’t there — a page missing from the hub, say — and you want to know whether it’s your role.

What it shows

About you:

  • your name and email;
  • your sign-in method — how you sign in to Crunch;
  • whether your email is verified;
  • when you joined.

Your membership:

  • your organization;
  • your role — owner, admin or member;
  • what your role lets you do.

Close your account

If you’re the owner, the Close account section is at the bottom of Profile. Closing your organization cancels your subscription and ends access for everyone in it. Any credits you have left are forfeited, and connectors stop collecting at once. If you only want to stop paying, switch to the Free plan under Subscriptions instead, and you keep your account and your data.

To close:

  1. Click Close Account.
  2. Type your organization’s name to confirm. A confirmation code is emailed to you and to every admin who can manage subscriptions.
  3. Enter the code (it expires in 10 minutes) and confirm.

If you’re an admin and got that email, open your Profile: while the request is open, a Close account section shows who asked and a box for the code. Entering it closes the account; ignoring it lets the code expire. Only the owner can start a closure.

Afterwards, the sign-in page points people to support. To reopen a closed account, email support@bumbleb.co from the owner’s address.

Good to know

Apart from closing the account, nothing on this page can be changed. If your role or capabilities need to change, ask an owner — Roles explains what each role can do and who can change it.
