Billing and invoices

See every payment, download your invoices, and change the card you pay with.

Sooner or later someone asks for an invoice — your accountant at month end, or finance when they reconcile the card statement. The Billing page in the hub keeps all of that in one place, so you can find a past payment, download its invoice, and see what’s coming next without digging through email.

What you’ll find on the Billing page

Billing lists every payment you’ve made. Each row shows:

  • the date of the payment;
  • a description of what it was for;
  • the amount;
  • its status;
  • a Download link for the invoice — the formal record of the payment that you can file or pass to whoever handles your accounts.

The next upcoming charge is shown too, so you know what to expect before it happens.

Change the card you pay with

If your card is expiring, or you’d rather pay with a different one:

  1. Open Subscriptions in the hub.
  2. Go to Payment Method and click Update.
  3. Enter the new card details.

Payments go through Razorpay, the payment provider Crunch uses, so the card form you see comes from them.

Where the other billing details live

Two other pieces of information end up on, or around, your invoices, and each has its own home:

  • Your billing contact and address — the person who receives billing information and the address the bill is made out to — are under Subscriptions.
  • Your company details — business name, tax ID and so on — are under Business details.

Tip: If an invoice needs your company name or tax number on it, fill in Business details first. That page explains when the details start appearing on invoices.
