When more than one person in your company uses Crunch, a Team plan lets you bring them in under one account and see who is using what. A Team plan is priced per seat, from two seats, and every seat comes with its own monthly usage.

If you’re on a teammate’s Team plan
When a colleague invites you onto their Team plan, you don’t need a plan or a card of your own. Your seat is covered by the person who pays for the plan, usually the owner.
- You’ll see whose plan it is. Your hub dashboard says “Your seat is on their name’s plan name plan — they manage the subscription and billing.”
- Your usage is your own. Usage in the hub shows what you’ve used this month against your seat’s allowance, the usage that comes with each seat.
- They pay for it. If you go past your allowance, the extra is charged to the payer’s credits (prepaid usage on their account), not to you.
- Billing is theirs. Subscriptions, Billing and Credits belong to the payer, so you won’t see them in your sidebar.
- Your access follows their plan. If their plan lapses, Crunch stops for you too until it’s back. Ask the payer, or whoever manages your team, to sort it out.
