After a good conversation, you often need to share what you found with someone who wasn’t in it. The Report agent writes that up for you: one document, built from the answers the conversation already settled, with its charts and tables in place.
What you’ll need
- The Report agent, if your plan includes it.
- A conversation with some answers in it.
Start it
- Click the agent pill in the message box.
- Choose Report.
What you get
A Conversation report in the side panel. It is built from the answers this conversation already settled, with the charts and tables earlier turns drew.
To keep it or share it, click Download PDF.
What it won’t do
- It does not query your data again. Every figure in the report comes from an earlier answer, and the report says so.
- If nothing has been analysed yet, it asks the Analyst to compute the findings first, and says that it did.
